We are seeking to recruit an experienced and exceptional leader to join our highly committed Leadership Team as Deputy Head Teacher. You will have the opportunity to work with an experienced Headteacher to help shape the next chapter of the school’s journey. You will also be supported by the Chief Executive Officer, the Trust’s wider Leadership Team and central services.

 

Your professional development will be further supported on this journey ensuring that under the school’s Leadership Team, Marshalls Park Academy becomes a great school, meeting the educational needs of the local community. Marshalls Park Academy is located in Romford, London Borough of Havering and is at an exciting time as the academy has grown to be one of the largest in the borough.  Our vision is to ensure that all of our students are enabled to achieve to the very best of their ability and beyond. We will achieve this by ensuring that every lesson counts; through good and outstanding teaching and focusing on the individual needs of each and every student.
