At SWECET, high-quality teaching is at the heart of everything we do and we are committed to training aspiring teachers within our schools.

There are a number of ways potential recruits can train to become a teacher. All routes lead to an award of Qualified Teacher Status (QTS). Some options also provide the opportunity to gain a Post Graduate Certificate in Education (PGCE). At SWECET, we offer school based initial teacher training and also work with a variety of Higher Education Institutes.
