How we nurture excellence with our Leadership Programme
At SWECET, we believe that the nurturing exceptional leadership across our network of schools plays a pivotal role in our learner’s education. To that end, we are proud to present our Leadership Programme, an initiative designed to provide leadership development opportunities for educators at all career stages.
From those aspiring to their first position of responsibility to seasoned professionals aiming for headship and beyond, our commitment to high-quality leadership development aligns closely with the principles outlined in the Department for Education (DfE) Standards for Teachers’ Professional Development.
