Office Manager
Marshalls Park are seeking an experienced Office Manager to lead the administration service which is central to the operation of the school. The school office is a busy positive place to work and the Office Manager responsibilities include ensuring the efficient operation of all aspects of the school office and reception, coordinating communication to parents and offering practical and effective solutions to day to day issues as they arrive alongside general administration tasks.
We are looking for a person who:
- is organised and able to prioritise workload
- has excellent communication skills using all forms of communication (email, face to face, telephone, written letters)
- is confident and able to work on their own initiative
- works well with others and is calm under pressure
- has the interests of children at the heart of the work that they do
- is fully competent in the use of all Microsoft packages (Word, Excel, Publisher, PowerPoint)
- has experience of line managing a team
