South West Essex Community Education Trust is looking to engage with a committed prospective apprentice to be based at Marshalls Park Academy in Romford. Marshalls Park Academy and South West Essex Community Education Trust (SWECET) have a very successful record with our apprenticeship-training package with many apprentices gaining permanent employment at the end of their training.  As part of our drive to support, our growing organisation there could be further opportunities available for the right candidate including additional training and career prospects.

As an apprentice, you will work alongside experienced staff, building up knowledge, skills and responsibility, whilst gaining a professional qualification. Apprenticeships are also an excellent way of gaining an understanding of how a business works, and improving your personal and social skills.
