This post involves hybrid working both home based and at the Trust’s head office at William Edwards School along with visits to our schools in conjunction with the duties of the job role.

 

We are pleased to be recruiting a HR Officer – Employee Relations.  This is an exciting opportunity to join our centralised HR service and to play a key role in the provision of professional HR advice and support to our schools.  In particular, the role involves employee relations casework, policy development and HR project work.  We are looking for someone with drive and passion to be part of our comprehensive, proactive, flexible and robust payroll and HR service ensuring that we continue to provide the very best educational opportunities for all students.
