Another strong set of GCSE results at William Edwards

Once again pupils at William Edwards School have achieved a very strong set of results, outperforming nation averages across many key measures and subjects.

67% of students achieved at least a standard pass in English and Maths. The overall attainment across all subjects has improved again on last year’s record breaking exam performance.

Headteacher Simon Bell said, “we are delighted that all the hard work of our students and staff has paid off. Across the country this has been a turbulent year with a number of new GCSE exams and I’m delighted that we have managed that transition well and ensured that we another strong set of results and have enabled our students to move onto the next stage of their education.”
